Our leadership team

Neha leads delivery and operations from India for the UK and International CIO organisation. She partners closely with UK CIO leadership to translate technology strategy into execution through a scaled India capability.

Debarshi has worked at Intact India for over 15 years. He has strong experience in actuarial and analytics work. His team works on pricing, claims analysis, dashboards, tools and data engineering.

Hansika leads the Pricing Team at Intact India. A qualified actuary with the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries, she leads a globally integrated team working across the UK, Europe, Ireland, Canada, and the US.

Mayank Vaish became Head of Reserving at Intact India in January 2022. In this role he leads the reserving team. The team is part of Corporate Actuarial. They support work across the UK, Ireland and Canada.

Mano brings over 20 years of IT experience, including a decade at Intact, building a reputation for transforming teams, driving innovation, and delivering meaningful business impact.

Sameer joined Intact India in February 2026. He has over 30 years of experience in global finance. His work covers leadership, GCC set-ups and digital change. Sameer is an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and India site leader.

Shobhit Manu Tyagi became Head of Capital at Intact India in January 2024. He is responsible for capital modelling, regulatory reports and key projects. He also works with stakeholders to support group strategy and decision-making.
