Mark has considerable experience in running large businesses and in the insurance industry.

Ken Norgrove is the Chief Executive Officer of Intact Insurance, UK and International, having been appointed to the role in January 2022.

Sally is an actuary. She has experience in innovation and risk management across investment management and pensions.

Louis is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Intact Financial Corporation, Intact Insurance's parent company, and has more than 30 years of international experience in financial management.

Andy has more than 25 years of financial experience in the insurance industry. He was previously CFO for Just Group, a specialist UK financial services company, until 2023 having served as CFO for LV= between 2017 and 2019.

Karim Hirji was appointed Executive-Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intact Insurance, UK and Ireland, in February 2025. In this role, he oversees the financial affairs and strategic implementation for the business. 

Susan has worked in the life and pensions sector for more than 40 years. She was previously at the Phoenix Group for more than 12 years, where she was customer director of the life companies and chief risk officer, before being appointed CEO of Standard Life Assurance in September 2018. 

Rosie is a Chartered Accountant and has a 30-year career working in the insurance and investment industry. 

Sylvie is an actuary and has spent her entire career in insurance.

Mathieu is the Vice Chairman of Intact Financial Corporation, Intact Insurance's parent company.
