Chief Executive Officer
Ken Norgrove is the Chief Executive Officer of Intact Insurance, UK and International, having been appointed to the role in January 2022.
Karim Hirji
Chief Financial Officer
Karim Hirji was appointed Executive-Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intact Insurance, UK and International, in February 2025. In this role, he oversees the financial affairs and strategic implementation for the business.
Tovah Grosscurth
Senior-Vice President, Managing Director Commercial Lines
Tovah Grosscurth joined the business in 1997 and has held a variety of leadership roles across P&L, Claims, Strategy & Change, and Operations. Her experience spans Commercial Lines, Specialty (Europe), and Personal Lines (Home, Motor and Pet).
Jonathan Cope
Senior-Vice President, Managing Director UK Specialty Lines
Jon is the Managing Director of Intact Insurance's Specialty Lines business. Jon joined in 2013 and has also spent time as General Counsel, and as MD of Personal Lines business.
Karl Helgesen
Senior-Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Personal Lines Managing Director
Karl Helgesen is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Intact Insurance, UK & Ireland, and the Personal Lines Managing Director. Karl serves on the Intact Insurance Ireland Insurance Board.
Guillaume Lamy
Senior-Vice President, Chief Underwriting Officer
Guillaume Lamy was appointed Senior Vice-President, Chief Underwriting Officer, in January 2026. In this role, he leads underwriting, pricing and reinsurance across all lines of business, with responsibility for strategy, governance, portfolio management, pricing sophistication, and alignment with UK&I’s risk appetite.

Dave Howell
Senior-Vice President, Chief Risk Officer
Dave was appointed Chief Risk Officer in 2022, overseeing the Enterprise Risk Management system, Financial and Insurance Risk across the UK, Ireland, Europe, and subsidiaries. He works closely with stakeholders across all three lines of defence, ensuring robust oversight with a strong focus on delivering pragmatic risk management.
Emily Coupland
Senior-Vice President, General Counsel UK and Europe
Emily was appointed UK&I General Counsel at Intact Insurance in January 2026. She leads legal, company secretarial and compliance teams across UK, Ireland and Europe providing strategic advice on governance, regulatory and legal matters.

Senior-Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Sarah is Chief Human Resources Officer (SVP) for UK & International and leads the people agenda across the UK & Ireland business, with a clear focus on delivering our People Strategic Priorities, Employee Promise and shaping and embedding a culture that enables our people to thrive.
John Crooks
Senior-Vice President, Chief Actuary
John was appointed UK & Ireland Chief Actuary in June 2021. In this role, John provides leadership for the Corporate Actuarial and Actuarial Function teams, and he oversees our operations in India where he serves on the local entity board. He joined the UK&I Operating Committee in the summer of 2022.
Yasemin Dogu
Deputy Senior-Vice President, Chief Auditor
Yasemin Dogu serves as the Chief Auditor for the UK & Ireland, leading the Internal Audit function. She joined Corporate Audit Services (CAS) in April 2018 as Head of Audit for the UK and Europe and was promoted to Chief Auditor in April 2022. Yasemin is the regulatory approved SMF 5 (Senior Management Function) for Internal Audit.
Christopher Reid
Deputy Senior-Vice President, Strategic Distribution, Marketing & Corporate Affairs
In this role, Chris leads the UK&I distribution strategy and propositions, brand development, and marketing and communications activities.
Kevin Thompson
CEO Intact Insurance Ireland
Kevin Thompson joined as Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Intact Insurance Ireland is part of Intact Financial Corporation (IFC), the largest general insurer in Canada with additional operations in the US, UK, and Europe. Kevin was recently appointed President of the Insurance Institute Ireland and outside of his role as CEO, holds board positions on the Board of Insurance Ireland Member Association, Insurance Institute of Ireland and Business in the Community Ireland.
