How to report a claim

You can make a claim online using our claims portal. Call our helpline if you were the driver.

Please have the following details ready:

• Policy number
• Vehicle registration
• Date and time of the incident
• Location of incident

We may also need any:

• Third party registration and contact details
• Witness details
• Dashcam or other video footage
• Photos of the damage and the incident scene

We could also ask questions about the driver, such as their date of birth and driving history.

We won’t need an estimate for repairs, as we can appoint one of our recommended repairers.
