- Description of location
- Description of the incident and what caused it
We may also ask you for:
- Accident book entry
- Investigation report
We'll let you know if we need more details or documents.
Online claims
If you're a broker or policyholder you can make a cargo claim up to £50,000 online. If you need to make or track a claim for any other marine products, please contact us by phone or email.
