How to report a claim
Please provide the following details to help us process your claim:
- Your policy number
- Who reported the incident
- Date of the incident
- Description of location
- Description of the incident and what caused it
We may also ask you for:
- Accident book entry
- Investigation report
We'll let you know if we need more details or documents.

Call or email us to make or follow up on a claim. We aim to respond to emails within:
- 2 working days for new claims
- 5 working days for existing claims
Escalate a claim
