Agency codes

As part of our transition to Intact Insurance, we’re undertaking a consolidation of agency codes across RSA and NIG. Your existing RSA and NIG codes will be merged into a simplified set of go-forward codes.

There’s no action required on your part - we’ll manage this process behind the scenes to ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to your day-to-day operations.

Existing policies and agency code transition

Please be assured that as part of simplifying our agency codes, there is no impact to your existing policies. These policies will remain under their current agency codes and will be transferred to the new ones at renewal.

This process will be managed by us and will not require any action from you. Timelines for the transition will vary by product, with the process beginning in early 2026.
