Over the last 18 months, we've been making key improvements to our claims service. We are proud to announce that brokers have voted us as the number 1 insurer for commercial claims.
In September and October we interviewed 178 brokers, allowing us to understand what it's like to deal with Intact Insurance claims. A huge 91% of brokers agree that it is easy to make a claim with us.
We'd like to thank all brokers that took part in the recent Broker Voice Survey. Looking at the survey results, brokers told us that the ease of notifying your claim is what they're most happy with.

Brokers are our advocates: nearly 45% of brokers stand with us as our advocates.
Almost 30% of brokers have seen an improvement in their experience: over the last 6 months, brokers have seen an improvement in their experience with Intact Insurance. This includes better communications, responsiveness, and speed of claim resolution.
98% of brokers agree that Intact Insurance provides the expertise needed to resolve claims smoothly and successfully: for the third year running, brokers have scored us highly for our employee knowledge and expertise.

To date, we've launched commercial motor and property online claims portals. This has made it easier for brokers to notify us of claims, and also manage their claims at a time that suits them.
Over the next few years, we will continue to enhance and roll-out even more lines of business to our ClaimCentre online portals. It's all part of our commitment to delivering best-in-class service.
