It means we’re officially recognised as one of the best places to work, and that’s something to celebrate!
Mercer gives this award to organisations with some of the highest engagement scores in their annual survey, and this year we achieved something remarkable. We saw a 15-point increase to 68% engagement compared to last year, beating industry norms and surpassing our own goal of 65%. That’s a significant achievement and a clear sign that our people are engaged, and that the actions we take based on employee feedback help us identify opportunities and drive improvements that make a real impact. Engagement is a shared responsibility, and so this recognition is a shared achievement.
