Intact Insurance has been named a Best Employer, UK for 2025

Intact Insurance has been named a Best Employer UK for 2025 by Mercer, the leading global HR consulting firm.
Best Employer status is awarded to companies that achieve top quartile engagement scores under Mercer’s employee engagement methodology in their 2025 annual engagement survey.
Intact Insurance’s recent survey saw a 15-point increase in engagement levels to 68% compared to 2024. An uplift that outperformed industry norms and moved the company into the top quartile.
Having a highly engaged workforce is core to Intact Insurance’s strategy and one of its enduring three strategic objectives. The increased employee engagement score reflects the company’s focus on creating an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing workplace through strong leadership and open communication. During the course of the year, it has placed particular emphasis on the importance of its values and Leadership Success Factors as guiding principles behind everything it does.
