Intact Insurance appoints Commercial Sales, Distribution & Marketing Vice President and strengthens commercial trading focus

Intact Insurance has appointed Fraser Edmond as Vice President, Commercial Sales, Distribution & Marketing, with effect from 1 August. In this newly created role, Fraser will report to Tovah Grosscurth, Commercial Lines Managing Director.

This move reflects Intact’s increasing focus on commercial trading and follows the recent realignment of its local trading sites into four areas – Scotland (Glasgow), North (Manchester and Leeds), South (London, Horsham and Maidstone) and Midlands and West (Birmingham and Bristol).  

Fraser was the founder and president of Broker Insights, the leading commercial insurance data platform and has spent the last two years taking the platform to market in the US. Prior to that Fraser spent twenty-five years at Aviva where he was most recently Broker Distribution Director.
