Intact Insurance appoints Vicky Walker as Vice President, Property & Casualty Claims

Intact Insurance has appointed Vicky Walker as Vice President, Property & Casualty Claims with immediate effect. In her new role, she will report to Karl Helgesen, UK&I Chief Operating Officer.
The appointment supports Intact Insurance’s continued focus on enhancing its commercial claims capability and delivering consistent, high-quality service for brokers and customers.
Vicky is currently Claims Supply Chain & Shared Services Director and has a strong track record of delivering customer-focused outcomes, operational excellence and continuous improvement across complex claims environments.
Karl Helgesen, UK&I Chief Operating Officer, said: “Vicky has been with the business for 25 years and brings deep operational expertise and leadership experience. Her strong focus on customer outcomes and developing high performing teams makes her exceptionally well placed to lead property and casualty claims into its next chapter.”
