Intact Insurance awarded the 2026 Gracechurch UK Underwriting Service Quality Marque

Intact Insurance has been awarded the 2026 Gracechurch UK Underwriting Service Quality Marque (SQM), recognising consistently high-quality underwriting service delivered to brokers and customers throughout 2025. The accreditation is based on independent broker feedback gathered via the Gracechurch UK Insurers Monitor.
According to Gracechurch, Intact Insurance’s underwriting teams demonstrated strong technical expertise, responsiveness and a customer-first mindset, driving high broker recommendations and sustained service performance across the year. The award comes shortly after the business’s rebrand and underscores the strength of its underwriting proposition in the UK regional market.
Intact Insurance achieved particularly strong results across core service measures, with 82 per cent of broker service ratings scoring seven out of ten or higher, alongside improved Net Promoter Scores. Brokers highlighted fast and transparent decision-making, flexible problem-solving and easy access to knowledgeable underwriters. Intact Insurance’s digital trading capability was also recognised for speed and clarity.
