Renewing customers can expect:

The migration process has been designed to mirror the standard renewal process on Acturis.
Step 1: We raise a renewal invite on the legacy products.
Step 2: You request your renewal quote through Acturis as normal.
Step 3: We return your renewal quote from our refreshed Intact Insurance product.
Step 4: You complete your usual renewal activities to make sure everything meets your client’s needs.
Step 5: If they want to renew, you can accept the renewal quote up to 1 day before the renewal date.
