Bright Futures
Our Bright Futures programme includes internships, apprenticeships and graduate experiences. You’ll get a dedicated coach and mentor for each opportunity. Plus study time, comprehensive development plans and access to events and workshops. All this will boost your employability skills and professional growth. At the end of each placement, we’ll help you explore your next steps and future opportunities.
Work experience
We offer job shadowing and work experience for school or college students. This will give you valuable hands-on professional experience with experts in their field. You’ll learn more about your strengths and talents – and what you might want to do for a living.

Internships
Our 10-week summer internships include work on real projects to complement your studies. They’re designed for undergraduates about to enter their final year at university. You’ll gain valuable industry knowledge to help fast-track your development.

Apprenticeships
Our 2-year apprenticeships give you the chance to learn your craft with experts. You need to be on course for 96 UCAS points or the equivalent. We’ll support you while you learn and help you gain nationally-recognised qualifications.

Graduates
Our 3-year graduate programme can help you make a real impact and become a future business leader. You’ll need to have, or be on track for, a 2:2 or above. A business mentor will guide and support your development through the programme.
