What we offer
Our corporate directors and officers insurance includes:
- Up to £15 million of cover on an any one claim basis
- Cover for past, present and future directors and officers
- A broad definition for actual or alleged wrongful acts
- Protection for litigation against the company as a result of a securities claim
- Cover for claims first arising and reported to us while insured, including an additional 60-day reporting window following policy expiry

We’ll consider the majority of UK Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) codes.
That means we can help protect decision-makers across a range of companies, including:
- Private companies with a turnover over £250 million
- Publicly listed companies

Preferred risks
We prefer to cover:
- Financially stable companies with a positive net worth
UK-domiciled companies with an overseas presence
- Overseas-domiciled companies or risks operating from the UK but headquartered outside the UK
Non-preferred risks
We prefer not to cover:
- Airlines
- Oil and gas exploration
- Tobacco
- Cryptocurrency
- Global financial institutions
