- Claims‑made cover for negligence, errors and omissions in professional duties
- Protection for breach of contract, confidentiality and intellectual property rights
- Loss or damage to documents – up to £250,000 of replacement or restoration costs per policy period
- Cover for dishonest acts of employees or agents
- Defence costs for claims, adjudication and arbitration
- Compensation for court attendance
- Any one claim limits up to £10 million

Non-preferred risks
We prefer not to cover:
- Regulated firms
- Firms with a risk of mis-selling
- Medical businesses
- Recruitment with vicarious liability
