We're pleased to announce that we've launched our new broker eTrade portal. Designed to make trading simpler, faster and more consistent for brokers.
Bringing together multiple systems into a single, intuitive platform, the portal gives brokers access to a broad range of digitally-traded products. As well as this, there's new tools and features to support more efficient day-to-day trading.
At launch, the broker portal brings together 15 products in one place. This includes five newly refreshed eTrade products with wider eligibility criteria and increased limits. With one login for all digitally-traded products, brokers can quickly access everything they need without switching between platforms.
The quote journey has also been redesigned to be more streamlined and consistent. This helps brokers move from quote to bind with greater speed and clarity.
It means less time navigating systems, and fewer barriers to placing business. Plus a more predictable, efficient trading experience.
A key focus of the new portal is helping brokers get to the right outcome, faster. New upfront eligibility tools – including trade and flood checkers – provide instant insight into risk appetite before a quote is started. This reduces unnecessary referrals and helps brokers spend more time on viable opportunities.
There's clearer visibility of recent activity, as well as improved search functionality. This helps make it easier to track progress and pick up where you left off. The benefit for brokers is clear - more confidence at the point of quote, quicker turnaround times and fewer friction points in the process.
The portal has been designed with broker control and flexibility in mind. Broker administrator functionality allows firms to manage users in-house. This includes the ability to add new users, update permissions, and controlling access when needed. There’s also greater flexibility in policy management, including broker-led cancellations across products.
Integrated tools such as Experian-powered client search help pre-fill and validate client data. This reduces manual entry and improves accuracy.
The launch reflects our continued investment in digital trading and ease of doing business. By combining product access, intelligent tools and streamlined journeys into one platform, the portal is designed to support brokers across the full lifecycle – from initial quote through to policy management. The result is a more connected, efficient experience that aligns with how brokers want to trade today.

Existing users of RSA Online and NIG The Hub can access the new portal using their existing or updated login details, ensuring a smooth transition.
