- Cover for dishonest acts of employees or agents
- Defence costs for claims, adjudication and arbitration
- Criminal prosecution defence costs – 80% of costs covered up to £100,000
- Cover for joint ventures and standard industry collateral warranties
- Compensation for court attendance

- UK-based businesses
- Firms with a turnover of at least £1.5 million and up to £75 million
- Professional individuals or partnerships
- Limited companies
- Limited liability partnerships (LLPs)
- Public limited companies (PLCs)
- Companies with good risk management
- Companies with at least 5 years of trading experience
- Companies focused on internal work activities
Non-preferred risks
We prefer not to cover single projects or those involving:
- Cladding, curtain walling or glazing
- Dams, bridges, harbours, mines, tunnels or marine risks
- Foundations, underpinning or piling
- Nuclear, atomic, chemical or petrochemical industries
- Energy from waste (EfW) facilities
