- Tyre and rubber risks – including manufacturing, storage or processing

- Abattoirs, tanneries, or animal testing facilities
- Self-storage facilities
- Lithium-ion risks – including manufacturing, storage or processing
- Food processing risk with combustible construction
- Data centres
- Risks with clean rooms
- Standalone business interruption
- Standalone grade I, II, II* listed properties – or equivalent
- Properties of non-standard construction
